Please share your thoughts and prayers.

In times like this, the most needful thing is for someone to come and share time and a word of encouragement. As you visit this page, please don’t go before you leave a word or two for the family, but also to share your memories of Thando.

  • From the time I went for the leadership and I met Thando, we’ve always had a good relationship. She always encouraged me in the word of God and be more prayerful. Particularly she took keen interest in me and draw me closer. She was interested in whatever I was am doing, who are my friends, have I eaten, do I have lotion and spray 😃etc…. All that like an elder sister would do for a little brother. I was pleased when she took me, Blessings and Wellington with to see her father and twin brother that year in 2017 December’. The following year she took me in Ithemba Kids church to help her run it and from there our bond grew stronger. She was so good to me and I will never forget her love and care towards me. I will miss her energy, her jovial, her presence, I will miss her craziness. I pray for healing and comfort. I have tried to wrap my mind around this and I have failed, I can only leave it to God and his perfect will. May the Lord comfort you Amake uThando and the family and friends. We will forever hold you DEAR in our hearts Thandokazi. May Her Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

  • I met Sis Thando in 2010 when she was a student at LXP.
She pursued me and I gave my life to Christ on the 25th of April 2020. We were sitting outside on the grass and I recited the salvation prayer that she led.
Sis Thando mentored me in the most conventional way for the past decade.
She was always so transparent about her life, allowing me to observe and learn from the way she lived her life for Jesus. Every interaction I had with Sis Thando left me inspired to chase after God’s heart with the same zeal that she had. She played a huge role in shaping me to be the woman that I am today.
She was a leader, a go-getter, a lady that made things happen and I could always count on her. I literally consulted with her on most major decisions that I made.
In short, Sis Thando was indescribable. She is irreplaceable!
I am going to miss her so much.
